        How long does delivery take?

        All orders are handled and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

        • Daily Order Cutoff: 2:00 PM GMT. Orders placed before this time will begin processing the same business day.
        • Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT, on weekends, or on UK public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

        2. Shipping Destinations & Transit Times

        We deliver to all addresses across the United Kingdom — England, Scotland (including the Highlands and Islands), Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey), and the Isle of Man.

        To offer specialised safety footwear at competitive pricing, your order is dispatched from our international fulfilment partner directly to your address in the United Kingdom.

        Which safety rating do I need — S1, S1P, S2 or S3?

        It depends on your work environment:

        • S1 — light indoor work, dry conditions
        • S1P — same as S1 plus anti-puncture midsole, ideal for warehouses
        • S2 — water-resistant, for indoor spills or damp environments

        S3 — fully waterproof with SRC slip-resistance, for outdoor and heavy-duty sites

        How do I know what size to order?

        STROVAK footwear fits true to UK sizing. If you're between sizes or wear thick safety socks, we recommend going half a size up.

        Can I return them if they don't fit?

        Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn STROVAK footwear for a full refund or exchange. Try them on indoors on a clean surface.
